Nothing fancy about this display, but I love it. The children wrote a goal for this year on the cactus template. Our school is developing a visible learning approach and last year we introduced the children to the learning powers, which are on display. This approach goes hand in hand with developing a growth mindset and a positive attitude to learning. There are lots of books and YouTube videos out there in which John Hattie explains the visible learning approach and what has the biggest impact on children’s learning.
